The meeting commenced at 8:00 pm with prayers by William.

We discussed the new guidelines from MIssissauga Facilities Rental.
The hall is available to us from 5:00 pm until 12 midnight only, for the Fall Dance.

The consensus is that I should ask if we can set up the equipment, decorations etc. before 5:00 pm.

The committee members also gave me permission to go ahead with the booking.

We will sort out the logistics afterwards.

The meeting ended with The Grace.
